Ath10k Compatibility

The Compex wireless cards are Qualcomm Atheros reference designs. They work with Compex embedded boards. We will also try to support other types of embedded boards or Linux PCs.

Compex wireless modules and embedded boards may be OpenWRT/LEDE compatible, supported by ath10k Linux drivers. Certain models and builds may have been tested.

Below are the configurations that have been tested to work. These include the latest 4x4 MU-MIMO QCA9984 modules.

Checking if your hardware is compatible with Compex radio card using ath10k

The following example is using WLE600VX with WLP1200 PCIe adapter on a Linux PC.

The commands to run are:

lspci
dmesg | grep ath
uname -a
If your PC is able to associate with a 2.4GHz or 5GHz SSID, then your hardware is compatible.
