As Qualcomm introduces major changes on firmware, we as a manufacturer are updating our Tensilica firmware as well in order to provide greater benefits.

As mentioned Tensilica firmware is updated or enhanced with code changes or patches to address certain bugs. 
Basically board-2bin files are included in the tensilica firmware, the customer will just have to load the files given to you on the previous mail. 
This Tensilica firmware will also prevent customer to load the wrong board-2.bin file to prevent the files to get corrupted.

Please kindly forget about the board-2.bin , the tensilica firmware-5.bin has the board-2.bin in it whereby it is proper arranged,
so when the customer uses the firmware-5.bin to load it, the product won't be corrupted.

Do note that the new firmware works well with all Cascade and Besra series modules of Compex. Here are the following modules that are supported:
